Items Chang’e :
Set 1: Enchanted Talisman, Arcane Boots, Ice Queen Wand, Genius Wand, Glowing Wand, Divine Glaive.
Combo Chang’e :
Skill 1 -> Skill 3.
Skill 2 -> Skill 1 -> Skill 3.
Skill 2 -> Skill 3 -> Skill 1 -> AA.

Tips for Chang’e :
Chang’e is a Mage type hero that use her skill to deal damage as of any other mage type heroes. Most of her skill has a really low CD, with a really annoying mini stun if all of her first skill hits. Added with her stack, she will be one of the most annoying Mage of all time.
However she has a paper thin health, making her one of the most easiest hero to be killed, and so for today’s guide, we will give you her item build, her spells, and most importantly how to avoid being dumb.
Skill Chang’e :
Passive – Trouble Maker
Each time Chang’e deals damage to enemy units, she will leave a mark on them and her next skill damage dealt to those with marks will be increased by 2% (up to 40%)
Skill 1 – Starmoon Shockwave
Chang’e sends an energy ball forward, dealing 300–450 (+120% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage to enemies and slows them by 20% for 1.5 seconds. Crescent Moon: Crescent Moon will send 4 energy balls alongside Chang’e, each of which deals 20% of Chang’e’s damage dealt and slows enemies. (Slowing Effect can be stacked up to 40%.)
Skill 2 – Crescent Moon
Chang’e calls upon the Crescent Moon, gaining a permanent 300–500 (+150% Total Magic Power) shield and 10% extra Movement Speed until the shield is broken. She also gains 50% extra Movement Speed that decays over 2.5 seconds on each skill cast.
The Crescent Moon will enhance Chang’e skills and Basic Attacks. Enhanced Basic Attack: Chang’e Basic Attack deals 40 (+30% Total Physical Attack) (+70% Total Magic Power) extra Magic Damage.
Skill 3 – Meteor Shower
Chang’e gathers strength and increases her Movement Speed by 10% for 4 seconds. Meanwhile, she launches 30 Meteors forward, each of which deals 50–80 (+30% Total Magic Power) Magic Damage (Deals extra 100% damage to minions and creeps).
Crescent Moon: Crescent Moon will cast Meteors together with Chang’e, each of which deals 33% of Chang’e’s damage.
