Tips for Layla:
Layla is fairly strong as a early game due to her abilities, and scales extremely well to the late game as well. Don’t be afraid to join teamfights or help your teammates. If you’re in doubt, farm up! Layla doesn’t have any mobility abilities but she can be quite safe when played properly!
Layla’s range is long among the other heroes, make use of it! Stay safe, attack and position yourself. Do not stay too front, always stay behind your teammates! Feel free to adjust the items according to your playstyle! She works wonders with most of the attack items.
Gameplay:
Early game: Focus on getting the gold bonus of from the minions and avoid chasing the enemies or you might ganked by their jungler.
Mid game: You should play stealthily and seek protection from your tank or fighters.
Late game: To ensure your safety stick with your tank all the time so you could last longer in team fights and to contribute to kills and support more for more items and exp.
Skill Layla:
Passive – Malefic Gun
The damage of Layla’s Basic Attack.png Basic Attack and skill damage increases with the distance between her and enemies, from 100% to 140% (reaches a maximum of 6 yards).
Skill 1 – Malefic Bomb
Layla fires a Malefic Energy Bomb forward, dealing 200–400 (+80% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage to the first enemy hit. (This damage can be critical.)
Upon hitting an enemy, Layla’s Basic Attack range will be increased for 3 seconds and her Movement Speed is increased by that decays rapidly within 1.2 seconds. (Upon hitting an enemy hero, the duration of the Movement Speed gain will be doubled or 2.4 seconds.)
Skill 2 – Void Projectile
Layla fires an energy ball that explodes, dealing 170–320 (+65% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage to the target and enemies within a certain range, slowing them by 30% for 1.2 seconds.
She applies Magic Marks to enemies hit. When Layla hits an enemy with a Magic Mark, she deals 100–200 (+35% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage to nearby enemies and slows them by 30% for 1.2 seconds.
Skill 3 – Destruction Rush
Passive: This skill increases the range of Void Projectile and Basic Attack by 0.6-1.8 yard(s) and increases Layla’s sight range upon leveling up this skill.
Active: Layla fires an energy blast, dealing 500–800 (+150% Total Physical Attack) Physical Damage to enemies on the path.
