Skill:

Passive: Every third attack, Jax leaps to his target and deals bonus magic damage. The bonus damage increases every third attack up to 10 times.

Items:

Bloodthirster: Physical damage heals the holder for 33% of the damage dealt. Upon falling below 40% Health, the holder gains a 30% max Health shield that lasts up to 5 seconds.

Infinity Edge: The holder gains 75% Critical Strike Chance and 10% Critical Strike Damage. Each point of Critical Strike Chance above 100% becomes +1% Critical Strike Damage.

Titan’s Resolve: Grants 2% Attack Damage and 2 Ability Power when attacking or taking damage, stacking up to 25 times. At full stacks, grant 25 Armor and 25 Magic Resist.
